Roshele I. Snyder
Roshele I. Snyder owns the RSnyder Law Firm. She was born in Orange County, CA, and has used her unique perspective as someone who had to personally navigate the system as an injured worker to help the plight of many injured workers.
Roshele graduated Summa Cum Laude “with the highest distinction” from Vanguard University with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. While in Law School, Roshele was a member of the Journal of Children and Family Advocacy which focused on issues related to children and families. While juggling working full time and raising a family she obtained her legal degree from Whittier School of Law, which has provided her with an opportunity to network with many well-known and influential legal scholars in our community. She has also helped serve her community by volunteering her time with Legal Aid Legal Services, an organization that provides underprivileged people in need with legal representation.
Roshele served as Orange County Chapter president for the California Applicants Attorney’s Association, which has been fighting for the rights of injured and disabled workers for decades and on the board of directors of the Elder Law section for the Orange county Bar Association once again working tirelessly as an advocate for the rights of everyday people and their families.
She has championed the rights of injured workers by taking the fight on many adverse decisions and unfair laws to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals’ Board and the appellate courts. She also dedicates her time to lecturing at seminars and various educational institutions on subjects relating to Workers’ Compensation, Estate Planning, Elder Law and Bankruptcy.
Roshele resides in Orange County with her family and enjoys spending time gardening and working with charities such as the Orange County Boy Scouts where she has held numerous board positions.
